1. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in local currency (GHS for Ghana, NGN for Nigeria) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at point of sale in boutique or via WhatsApp.

2. In-Store Purchases

Hareem Istanbul products are available for purchase at all listed boutiques. Payment methods accepted vary by location and include cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile money where available.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened products unless the product is defective. Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. Please contact us via WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.

4. Product Authenticity

All Hareem Istanbul products are manufactured in Istanbul, Turkey, and are certified authentic. Products are alcohol-free, cruelty-free, and comply with EU and Turkish cosmetic standards. Counterfeit products are not endorsed or supported by Hareem Istanbul.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand name, logo, product names, photography, and copy — is the intellectual property of Hareem Istanbul. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
